Can I use Google Wallet to pay for any order on TicketNetwork.com?

Because Google Wallet is such a fast and easy form of payment, TicketNetwork.com tries to offer it as a payment option whenever possible. However, not all orders qualify for Google Wallet. Below are some of the common reasons why Google Wallet may not be available:

  • Order Total:

Due to spending limits with Google Wallet, TicketNetwork.com currently allows Google Wallet payments on orders up to $1,800. Orders totaling more than $1,800 will not qualify for Google Wallet. You can complete an order over that limit by using another payment method, such as your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, or Diners Club International card.

  • International Orders:

Google Wallet is currently available in the United States for transactions using U.S. dollars, and will not work with credit or debit cards issued in another country or currency.

  • Ticket Sellers:

Google Wallet is currently available in the United States, and may be used on purchases with U.S. merchants who can accept orders through Google Wallet. As an online ticket marketplace, TicketNetwork.com displays event tickets that are listed for sale by a variety of sellers. If Google Wallet is not available as a payment option on your tickets, it’s possible that your ticket seller cannot accept Google Wallet payments, or your ticket seller may be based internationally. While this order doesn’t qualify for Google Wallet, it is still covered by TicketNetwork.com's guarantee.

I changed the ticket quantity on my order and received a message that Google Wallet can no longer be used. Why is that?

Google Wallet currently works on orders of up to $1,800. When you increased your ticket quantity, it’s likely that your order total went over that allowable limit. You can adjust your ticket quantity to proceed with Google Wallet, or you may continue with standard credit card payment.

My order total is over $1,800. Can I use Google Wallet to pay for my order?

Sorry, no. Due to spending limits with Google Wallet, TicketNetwork.com currently allows Google Wallet payments on orders up to $1,800. Orders totaling more than $1,800 will not qualify for Google Wallet payment. You can complete an order over that limit by using another payment method, such as your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB, or Diners Club International card.

I live outside the United States. Can I use Google Wallet to pay for my order?

Google Wallet is currently available in the United States for transactions using U.S. dollars, and will not work with credit or debit cards issued in another country or currency.
